Question : Virus - Security Essentials 2010

I woke up this morning and found that my computer is effected with Security Essentials 2010. Not sure how this happend as I'm running Avira...
I tried throwing Malware Bytes at it but it disabled other anti virus progs.
How do I get rid of it?
