Question : Oracle forms Behavior of the Alternative Region

we write trigger for when_button_pressed and try to open new window using
app_custom.open_window('test_form');
also made required changes in app_custom package

but on button press event new window not open

pls help me

Answer : Oracle forms Behavior of the Alternative Region

The problem was I was using a new aqccount on the server rather than an account that had been migrated.

Logged in as someone else, problem went away.
