Question : Cant open certain folders (Spam) - A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization.
Have only 1 user having an issue with their Spam and Suspected Spam folder. User ONLY uses OWA for access (no outlook client). You click the Spam folder, see the contents then click the email and it gives the error message a problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox.
I tried the inherit permissions button (it was already checked)
I also tried the fix owa
