I am getting this error on a users machine and it pops up randomly at login and occasionally when opening random applications. I could not find this file in the system32 folder either. I saw a previous post where someone mentioned to run sysinternals and find it there and delete but I didn't see the dll in there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a Windows XP 64-bit machine.
