Question : Printer do not works....Zebra 170XiII

Hi, Experts
I cannot print any label using Zebra 170XiII. Which port should i use to connect to? i use 25pins to 25pins cannot detect...25pins to serial port also cannot.

Can i use ZebraDesigner for this printer?

Do you have the correct drivers installed? According to the docs I have seen, you can connect it via USB, parrallel, or serial. You can also find the correct driver at this site.
