Question : eMails directed by account still showing up in Inbox
I have a client whose computer refuses to direct eMail received on a specific account into a folder specified via Tools | Account Settings . . . Selecting the account, and the folder into which to deliver eMails is very straight-forward. Direct incoming mail for this account to: Inbox/Folder
It works fine and as expected on my computer. This is no rocket science (until it doesn't work).
Machine rebooted, same results with AVG eMail scanner ON or OFF (Incoming)
