Question : CITRIX and ipad from outside LAN

I am very new to CITRIX and I'm trying to configure an ipad to access it from outside our LAN. I have been playing around with the Access Managenement Console and have setup a Program Neighborhood Agent Services the address is http://citrix.mydomain.local/citrix/pnagent.

Using the citrix recevier ipad app I can connect to CITRIX as long as I'm within the LAN.

How do I configue CITRIX to allow connections from outside the LAN, I reallly don't know where to start.

As far as I can tell Metaframe (web browser access) is only setup to work on the LAN also.

Current setup is
CITRIX Presentation Server 4.5
WatchGuard Firebox X550e

Currently the way outside users connect to CITRIX is via Windows RDP.

Answer : CITRIX and ipad from outside LAN

You will need to setup Citrix Secure Gateway to allow secure access to you site from outside your network.

http://www.dabcc.com/article.aspx?id=12844 is an article I wrote on setting up and testing external access using CSG.

Once you have tested that, create a XenApp services site (PNAGent site) and it will pick up the CSG/SSL settings.  THen install the Citrix Receiver for iPad and configure the receiver to acess the PNAgent site.  I have articles showing how to do all this that will be coming out July 6th and 7th.
