Question : The instruction at "0x......" error

The instruction at "0x35b82fa8" referenced memory at "0x053a3c08". The memory could not be "read".

OS: Windows XP 32 Bit
This happens randomly when closing outlook 2003, and recently started hanging the computer.

Office Communicator 2007

All computers i work with are built with a specific image. This is only happening on this computer. I went into event viewer and found 2 errors

DCOM
MSINSTALLER

Can anyone please help me find out what this error message means? If you need anymore information please don't hesitate to ask.

It is possible you have a bad RAM stick in the PC.  Try running memtest.  Look here for more info:
