Question : Activesync "last synchronization time" one hour out

Hi,

We are having problems with diary sync and have iPhones connecting to exchange 2007.

The "last synchronization time" listed under EMC "manage mobile device" is one hour in the past. This happens for all devices and users.

The "last synchronization time" specified in OWA options under devices is correct.

All iPhones have the time set correctly and are not using time zone support. The firewall (cisco) has the correct time, as does the system (Server 2003 R2 set to GMT).

Not sure how the discrepancy is occuring or if it would cause calendar sync issues.

Answer : Activesync "last synchronization time" one hour out

The time listed under the last Sychronised time is UTC (Universal Time Co-Ordinated), so it will always show a time different to your local time, unless you happen to live in London and ignore British Summer Time!
