Question : Redirect My Documents Folders

Can someone please assit me in how to correctly make a GPO that will redirect all user's My Documents folder to the H:\?

I'm creating Group Policy objects using a 2008 server.

ok that makes it easy then because you can choose to redirect to the home folder.
