Question : Need help with Outlook pop3 service email storage on a server 2003 sbs
I have clients running Outlook using gmail accounts. When I look at their Outlook email accounts I see them set up for pop 3 to Gmail with the following parameters. I will be using bogus information for the user and account. My problem is I do not know where their pop mail is being stored . They also have an exchange email address on a server 2003 SBS, but the pop3 is their default. I have to set up a new user and cannot figure out how this is working. When I look at their data file on Outlook it only shows an archive file.

Do they also have an exchange account configured in Outlook as well as the POP Account? if so the email is probably being POP'd from Gmail and then stored in the exchange database.
