Question : Macro in Outlook not respond

Hi Experts,

I need Experts help.  I’m having problem to open Visual Basic Editor in Microsoft Outlook_2007. Its not responding when I select Tool>Macro or Alt+f11. Please advice how to rectify this problem.

Check for disabled items:

Outlook APp Tools menu | Trust Center | Add-ins.
If editor is displayed then:
MAnage Drop Down | disabled Items | Go | Enable the item.
