Question : Ethernet crossover cable connect

Hallo,

Im on  a test lab , i have win server 2003 that has a wireless card that is connected to the internet and i want to share the internet with a seconde computer win 7 , how can i do it

i know i have to use crossover cable , i have tryde it but i cont get it to work

so here is the wireless tcp/ip information that is connected to the internet

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

I dont know what ip i have to give to the seconde network card on the server 2003 and win 7

With a x-over cable in the equation, are you connecting the WIN7 NIC directly to the Server2003 NIC?
Do you have link lights on both NICs? You may need to check that the X-over cable is connecting on all pins.
The Win7 machine will need to have the Win2003 NIC as it's gateway. This is true whether it's a direct link or via a switch.
The server & client both need to be on the same subnet.
Routing needs to be enabled on the Server2003 to allow traffic between the 2 NICs.
