I am trying to give permission to a user who needs to send an email as someone else.
i have done this many times from AD by going to the Security tab, add user, then check Send As.
The issue is, after about an hour the user i added disappears, its driving me crazy i do not know whats causing this problem, I also tried adding a group and again it's gone.
I'm logged in as Administrator, my personal account can "Send As" that user as i am a member of domain admin group.
I also tried assigning the same permission from the Server Management console but it does not provide the security tab.
Using SBS 2003, AD, Exchange 2003.
