Question : MS Outlook - plugin to "test" email addresses entered

CTRL/K  will auto-fill email addresses from your contacts, etc.

Is there a plugin that has (hopefully a keyboard shortcut) that does an MX lookup etc to see if it's a real email address?
This would save getting rejections for typos.

There's no plugin for this today (though you could write one).

Note, though, that simply an MX check wouldn't be enough. An MX check would tell you if the domain in the @domain.com part exists but not the part before the @. You could still have Misspelled_user_name@correctly_spelled_domain.com.
