Question : Choose a digital certificate - New SBS 2008 box

Hi Guys,

Question 1:

Have just completed a sbs 2003 to sbs 2008 migration which went smoothly.

When clients go to https://mail.mydomain.com for their RWW/OWA etc their presented with a box choose a digital certificate - see image attached.

I have a SSL cert from GO DADDY which I applied through the sbs wizard so im not sure why this would be happening. Please help before this goes live in 12 hours.

Question 2:

The site always accessed their remote emails via https://mail.mysite.com/exchange, however in SBS 2008 when you access this site it pops up for a username and password box, before entering the actual OWA page. I know the correct method in https://mail.mysite.com/owa however many many users will simply want to use their shortcut in their favourties so is there a way i can make this pop up username and password box disappear before it redirects to the OWA site?

Thanks guys look forward to your help ASAP

Answer : Choose a digital certificate - New SBS 2008 box

While we are waiting then.

Just to confirm you are creating your certificate request in the following way:
Start - programs - administrative tools - iis Manager
Highlight server on left
Double click SSL Certificates on right
Create Certificate Request on actions bar
Follow the wizard
When you get file from GoDadday complete certificate request in same place

That completes the process of installing the certificate on your server

Then run the Wizard to add it to the SBS Sites
