Question : Is there a 3rd party software to manage photoshop presets

I am always finding interesting brushes and other presets for Photoshop, will I bog down the program by loading them into the preset folder and if so, is there 3rd party software, preferably free, that can preview these presets so I don't have to memorize the names if I am storing them outside of Photoshop? I just downloaded AMP Font Viewer for a similar purpose with my font collection, thanks, Carin
