Question : Coldfusion case sensitivity question

Hello experts.
I m building a page using coldfusion cf8.Because i use a tonical language ,the test is looking like this(see example text:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Greek).So i have a problem to compare my search textfield with the texts in my database.
That what i need is to get the results
1.without upper-lower case sensitivity
2.and without 'tonical' sensitivity
Only case.
