Question : Adding tooltip labels to scatter chart
Hi,
Sorry this is a very speculative question as I just want to check something out without doing the leg work!!!'
I'm producing some scatter charts either in SQL Reporting Services 2005 + Dundas plug in OR in SQL Reporting Services 2008 (yet to be established, it was going to be just 2005 until I found I couldn't put a trend line on a scatter chart!).
On the scatter charts I want to put a small 'label' that will appear when the mouse is hovvered over a point (different value for each different point). Can anyone confirm this is actually reasonably easily achievable? I think I checked before but I can't remember and as I'm just writing proposals to get around the trend line problem it just occurred to me I should double check this functionality is possible!
Thanks
Answer : Adding tooltip labels to scatter chart
Hi
If your question is if you can have 'tooltip' when you hover a point in scatter graph using 2008 then yes that works (Just tested).
