One of our employees has an AT&T (HTC) Tilt cell phone, version 8900. The phone has Windows Mobile 6 Professional installed. When he uses Microsoft Exchange v8 to sync his emails, the inbox and its contents sync up fine. For the other folders, the name of the folder will display, but none of the contents of the other folders will show up on the phone.
For example, when he sends an email from his phone, the sent email does not show up in the "Sent Items" folder on the phone, but the email will show up on his computer. Is there some kind of setting on the Tilt to denote which folders should be included in a sync?
