Question : F2 / F3 Keys don't produce desired result

Our company uses a piece of software that is unique to the insurance industry (Future Audit 3) and it is database driven.  I have an employee using a Dell Netbook with Windows 7.  Within the worksheet it says to press F2 to select Principal and F3 to Add or Edit Job duties.  However, when she presses F2 it pops up "Enable Wireless LAN?" and F3 shows the Battery Meter.  I can log in with LogMeIn and send F2 and F3 and it works like the worksheet intended.  Is there any way to change the association?

Answer : F2 / F3 Keys don't produce desired result

try this out on their laptop:

As the system in booting hit F2 to go to Setup.  From there click 'System Configuration' then 'Function Key Behavior'.  Switch to 'Fuction Key First' then hit the 'Apply' box, then 'Exit'.  Now the function keys will work normaly and you can hold 'Fn' to use the multimedia fuctions
