Question : BlackBerry Enterprise Server & Exchange 2007 - Emails on device missing attachments

Got a weird one here.  I have a situation, not all the time, but I've noticed it happening more frequently, where an email will be delivered to the device, but there will be no mention of the attachment.

The icon on the envelope will have the paper clip, but there will be no attachment, not mention of the attachment.

So as a test, using Outlook, I saved the attachment, resent myself the email with the attachment.  Then on my berry, I saw the attachment!

What would cause the BES or the device for that matter to exclude the attachment on the email?

it should run under DOMAIN\BesAdmin

Are rest of the services also running under local system account or DOMAIN\BesAdmin ?

Please edit the service logon option to domain\besadmin.
