Question : vmware server migration

Hello Experts,

I need to migrate a server (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (64 bit) from one vmware host to another vmware host using vcenter.
What is the process?

This is true, it is not easy to dierctly and accurately correlate geographical location to IP address, much less large blocks of them.
