Question : SBS 2003 upgrade to 2008

Is there a up grade to 2008 from 2003 at a reduced price or do you you have to purchase a full version?
If so where can I find information on pricing? I do not seem to be able to find it.

This is true, it is not easy to dierctly and accurately correlate geographical location to IP address, much less large blocks of them.
