Question : Using Macros in a Secured Workbook
I'm using Excel 2007, and when I secure the workbook it doesn't allow the macros to change the hidden/shown status of columns/rows.
Is there a way to set the security settings such that it allows my macros to change the cells even if the user can't?
I searched the database and perhaps I missed this solution, but I couldn't find any straightforward answer, and I was hoping it was perhaps easier in 2007/2010, albeit I'd like the setting to be backwords compatable to 2003 (though that's not required).
Also, ideally, this would work on whatever computer I open my excel sheet, and not be a solution that is dependent on some setting change which the user must make everytime they open the excel workbook.
Thanks
