Question : Name replace in SQL database

Hello, I have a database that is connected to an ASPX front end. The front end automatically stamps remarks with the Pre-Windows 2000 Logon Name. Unfortunately our Pre-Windows 2000 Logon names are a code linked to our smart cards. Is there a way that I could use a replace for this field and replace it with the Display Name that I exported to a CSV from activdirectory?
