Question : MS Access SubForm Error

Alright i have a form with a sub form when i enter data in Main form everything is fine, when i enter data in Sub form i get this error
A Problem Occurred While MS Access  Was Communicating With The OLE Server or ActiveX Control,
Close the OLE server and restart it outside of MS Access. Then Try the Original operation again in MS Access
This message occurs after typing the first character into every new row/record of the subform
I have Attached the DB maybe a code? or something?

Answer : MS Access SubForm Error

Can't see why it happened, but I recreated the subform, cut/pasted the controls into the new form, duplicated the properties and renamed and it works!  My best guess is that the subform was corrupt which I've had happen before, but cannot explain why or how it happens.  But it works now!!!
