Question : Quality of Picture (logo)  inserted into Access

I receive a logo from a client and the quality looks excellent although far too big for the top of a report.  Using Microsoft Picture Manager I resize the logo and the writing becomes blurred and I cant seem to get it right, any ideas please

GIMP is the best option for free image editing. However it's quite heavy and complex. If you want one simply and lightweight you can use IrFanView, actually it's a viewer, not an editor, but it uses real algorithm compression on .jpg, .png and most usual image systems, getting usually good results on resizing images:
