Question : Exchange 2007 standalone server transport and store services keep stopping

We have a standalone Exchange box which is connected by HBA to a SAN where the EDBs and Logs are stored. We had a fiber switch go bad and had to replace it and now the 4 EDBs and the Transport service keep popping offline. The LUNs are assigned exactly as before and the errors seem to be very unhelpful. Is there anything you can think of which might help us find the error source?
