Question : Security Suite Virus

My computer (Windows XP w/ SP3) became infected with the "security Suite" virus.  This software gives the impression that it is anti-virus software however that is the farthest from the truth.  This software has stopped internet explorer and microsoft outlook from functioning.  UNfortunately, my anti-virus program was not able to block it.  So, the question is How do I remove it?  Also, is there a way to remove it while I am remotely connected to the PC using RDP?

Lastly, is there a way to block these applications from hitting my computer again?

They can be customised with recording, taking snapshots etc...

But if these prove too expensive, there are many other brands within your price range that will do what you need.
