Question : Adding a 2nd domain to Exchange 2007 on SBS 2008 box

Client has domainA.com configured on their SBS 2008 box.
Client has purchased a new company and wants to have domainB.com emails sent to the Exchange server. Client has issues with POP3 servers and wants local control so using POP3 connector won’t help here.
Question can this be done?
If so what are the steps to be taken.
