Question : CANNOT EDIT Security Tab in DCOM Config (In Server 2008)

I'm running dcomcnfg from an administrator account with administrator rights. I can not edit the settings under Security tab in DCOM Config. Screen-shot is added.

Someone posted the same issue 1 year back in this site: http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/634825-event-id-10016-cannot-edit-security-tab-in-dcom-config/

Any further help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
