Question : SEO Yahoo Directory, $299 a year, is it worth it? Will it increase a PR0 PR1 or PR2 a level?
The yahoo directory, is it really worth $299 a year? Are there cheaper alternatives with the same benefit?
I wouldn't mind $299 / perm, but annually it's just so expensive.
Did anyone out there notice an increase in PR specifically from Yahoo? Market Samurai has it's own column for Yahoo Directory and DMOZ so I figure it's pretty important, but what's your take?
Also, another bad thing about yahoo is the directory page has tons of links and is a PR0, of course the root of yahoo is a high PR, the actually page where my link would reside would be a PR0.
Just seems to be not worth the $, unless maybe google gives this a higher priority?

Almost everyone I've listened to that knows more about SEO than I do recommends a yahoo directory listing.
