Question : MySQL Admin Login

I installed MySQL on a Windows2003 server.  I set the password.  I am trying to log into the dbase.  What is the default username for the administrator (example  SQL Server has sa)?  How do I log into the database so I can create databases and tables, etc....

Default username is root.
