Question : add text  to jpg image!

Could somebody provide me with a sample in asp.net +vb.net on
how to how to add text onto an image!
I want all the images on a website stamped with the url of the site!

Its possible that ram is faulty>I havn't seen a Vista system with 256mb(wouldn't respond much).

Check the physical ram chips. Size should be on them
