Question : Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003

Folks I have current setup as below:

Windows 2000 AD + DNS on same server
Exchange 2003 on separate server

I now plan to move my AD (FSMO roles)+ DNS to a new server harware.

Will there be any issues with the my current exchange 2003 after the transfer of FSMO roles.

Do i just have to change the DNS IP address to reflect new server IP or is there somthing else that needs to be done on exchange server.

Also do I have to change anything on the new AD to make existing exchange work.

Pls help

Answer : Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003

Install the AD by running dcpromo on the new hardware.
Install DNS. If the existing DNS is AD intergrated then the new DNS will pick up all the entries from AD.
Check replicatin is happening between both the DC's.
Transfer FSMO to new server.
Ponit the exchange to new server in NIC.
