Question : Windows 7 "bat" file in startup folder

I am trying to run this "bat" file from the startup folder but it will not work because of the User Account Control.  If I turn off UAC and add a security policy to run this "bat" file in elevated mode then it will work.  I don't like the idea of turning off the UAC option so is there any other way to run this?  Here is the bat file I am trying to run:
AT /Del /Yes
AT 06:30 /every:M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su cmd /c C:\AT-CMD\Date-Rtn\STCM-Log.bat

As you can see at 6:30 am every day I want it to run another "bat" file so I figure fixing one of these will fix the other.

This PC is running Windows 7 Pro and is not being used by any users so "running the bat file as administrator option is not possible. They use this PC for file sharing only.
