Question : IPv4 vs IPv6
So I was just wondering what the difference between the two are.
From what I understand 6 will give an ip address to every device/workstation. Also we are moving to it in the near future (2~3 yrs), Japan is already using it??? If it gives an IP to everything, then how are network admins going to hide their networks, or whats going to happen to all the local ips like 192.168.x.x. And wouldnt that mean that someone outside of the my network can connect to one of my PCs just because im not behind anything that masks it? Im confuzzled.
