Question : CyberPower 1500AVR PowerPanel not shutting down the server

SBS 2003 with all patches and no obvious problems.

I did some testing and when power is taken away the server instead of being shutdown gracefully by PowerPanel (it's set to 500s) it restarts immediately. Battery charge is full and the other server next to it just works fine meaning when the power is out it shuts down nicely

What can be wrong?

Re - install the Cyberpower monitoring software.
