Question : Plone file uploads create windows temp folders

We noticed recently that on our Windows 2003 Plone 3.x server instance large files with names like tmp9uugos.tbuf (some with no extension) were being created under the \temp\ root.

Then after we had installed a Proxy Caching service (Apache/ Squid) we noticed that any file upload activity now causes the creation of a unique tmp folder (\tmpxxxxx ) along with a single unknown.doc file under the Windows\temp\ folder. Over the course of a month, hundreds of these are created and in many cases the unknown.doc is 1-6MB. In addition,  [This can take up a huge amount of disk space in a short time.]

Anyone have a clue about what is causing this to happen? Is it a Plone issue, related to a particular installed product or setting somewhere? Or is it an Apache/Squid under Windows issue? Possibly something to do with Squid's caching service?

Any help greatly appreciated

Answer : Plone file uploads create windows temp folders

OK, I'm confused.  These statements do not seem to be the same:

"when I am hired new" and "I got a job for oracle Dba remote working"

Are you looking for what to ask once you show up for your first day of work?

If so, you should already have a good idea what the duties are going to be.  I'd definitely ask for any corporate policies/standards as it pertains to your work.   There are ALWAYS several ways to do the same 'thing'.  Many shops have standardized.

Confirm this is what you are asking and I'll see if I can come up with anything more.
