Question : Outlook 2007 Send/receive takes long time to precess and stay 98%

The user can send/receive email without any issue on his Outlook 2007 without any problem. However, if click Send\receive, it takes long time to precess and stay 98% for a few minutes. I have tried to disable cached excahnge mode. But that doesn't help.

What is the size of OST ? Ctrl + Right Click on Outlook icon (In notifcation bar) > Connection status > Local mailbox. Is there any process running ?
