Question : How to change Hotsname and ipaddress of Oracle Databse server

We are running one application with OrAcle  DB, we want to build another test server as a replica of orginalal server.In test  server how can we change Hostanme and ipaddress without any distbuence the Orcale Dabatase to viod any comflict of the service on the network

Remember that when u change IP address and Hostname of the server , u need to change the same in Listener.Ora and TnsNames.Ora at client side to ensure that clients are able to connect.
