Question : Change name of Exchange email account and user logon
I have a user that got married and her last name changed. I changed her name in AD but left her logon name alone in fear that it may cause problems logging on (fear it may create a new profile) and I'm concerned what will happen to her email. I also created a new primary email address for her and left her old so she can receive both for awhile. I did not change her logon user name but noticed when I log on now it shows her married name, however when I open Outlook it shows her old name, how do I change it where her new name shows in Outlook and she keeps all her email from the pre-married name.

What you need to change is her display name.
open EMC -> recipient configuration -> recipients, find the user and make sure its display name is the required one
