Question : Prioritization of List in Excel

I have a simple spreadsheet with a list of choices.  When you choose a priority, I'd like for it to reprioritize the list and the column with the selection (i.e. 1, 2. 3, etc.).  I think it should be a macro that is always running so when you select a choice, it automatically changes the priority of the selection.

Not sure, I have not tested any projectors or LCD-s. Best thing to do is to read reviews on the net (so you can learn what to look for on a device when buying) and check the device yourself at the shop.
