Question : ical not syncing with exchange 2010 - snow leopard

Hi Experts

I have an issue where iCal in snow leopard is not syncing correctly with Exchange 2010.

FYI, I have an iphone which syncs perfectly both directions, its just iCal that isn't.

If an appointment is added on the iPhone it appears within Outlook Web Access, if an appointment is added from iCal is doesn't appear in OWA.

I have tried deleting the exchange account from iCal and re-adding it, if i do this all appointments are retrieved from the server into iCal, however if i add any new ones within Outlook Web access or iphone they don't sync with iCal.

Any ideas how i can resolve this, as it seems something isn't working correctly.... other users with iPhones and Outlook are having no problems

thanks for the post rajkr2020, unfortunately this isn't really relevant to my situation as this focuses on Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5), i am doing this with Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) which has built in Exchange Syncing and doesn't require the work arounds in the article you supplied.
