Question : Windows XP Taskbar won't auto-hide

I have the auto-hide option for my Windows XP taskbar enabled to make it hide when not needed. This works OK most of the time, but sometimes it gets 'stuck' in the unhidden mode. What causes this problem, and how can I eliminate it?

OK, I found the problem. Unbelievable. See image. In IIS > default website > ConnectComputer > properties, I had to select "Scripts only" under execute permission. Then it worked. "Scripts and Executables" wouldn't work, even though nshelp.exe is an executable.
