Question : Windows 7 Enterprise vs Ultimate?

What is the difference between the two? I read somewhere that they are equivelant.
Would a key for Ultimate work in Enterprise?

The ultimate key wont work for enterprise.

There is no difference between the two, except, Enterprise gives you the ability to activate against a KMS server and it uses a MAK code.
