Question : ISA Authentication problem

We've been logging into our Sharepoint server via ISA for sometime now, however this morning only the administrator can log into the server through the internet via ISA, all other accounts get the following error:-

'No authority could be contacted for authentication'

Any help with this issue would be really appreciated.

Here's an extension to allow you to load local files manually https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/jllpkdkcdjndhggodimiphkghogcpida but everything I can find says No No Never to what you want to do.  Someone else asked almost exactly your question on the Chrome forums too.  I don't know what people are using for a 'CD' browser these days.  That used to be a common thing.
