Question : SBS 2008 Small Business Server Internet Activity

Have an sbs server with significant internet activity.
Internet connection is being really smashed going over its limit.
I can see activity on the network card.
is there anyway of finding out where this activity is comming from
a command or a program
to find out what service, port, program is causing this.

Or even some ideas on what it could be?
I am just about to run malware bytes

If you right click the Start "orb", select Properties, do you have check marks next to each item under "Privacy"?  If yes, try removing them and putting them back.  Or, if you're on a domain, there might be some policy that has turned off storing of recently used programs.
