Question : exchange 2010, user has left company, simple way to get all users new emails to different user?

hi all,

i have a user whos leaving on friday, and his emails want to go to a new user from now on

i know of two ways
deliver options and forward (this means keeping the left users details)
add the old users email addresses to the new user(alot of variations to add and would have to overwrite email policy)

is there a better way to do this, than the ones i know of?

Now I see. In that case, you need the expression to return a varchar type.
